I'll be honest, I'm a grown ass woman and I still don't like to eat my vegetables.  I mean, I will because I know I should but I don't like it.  It turns out, I don't mind drinking them since I concocted this super sweet, tropical recipe.  Now I start almost every day off on the right foot with this smoothie that's packed with green goodness but tastes delicious... and not fitness lover delicious, which actually tastes disgusting... I'm talking dessert lover seriously delicious.  Trust and try it!


1 1/2 cup frozen spinach

1 tbsp hemp protein

1 tbsp micro-green powder

3/4 cup frozen mango, pineapple, peach blend

1/2 banana

1 tsp chia seeds

1 tbsp coconut oil

1 1/2 cup water


Simple blend it all up on high until smooth! Add more water as needed for desired thickness.  For cute presentation, blend the greens and the yellows separately and layer in the glass one at a time.

Popeye would be proud!
